The Driver Heaven Mobility Modder has had a long history and since its
inception has received over 8,000,000 downloads. Thanks to support from
the public and an array of beta builds, we have the first retail
version released featuring a plethora of bug fixes and enhancements.
V 1.0.0.0 has a full installer method and has additional support over previous versions for:

The program now uses MSXML 6 (was V4 in beta versions), this is
preinstalled now within Windows Vista but if you are using Windows XP
